C&H Realty, founded by Albert Lu was incorporated in March 1991. Mr Lu, who has a B. Sc. Degree and two diplomas in Marketing and Marketing Management, began his career at IBM before progressing to key managerial positions at multi-national corporations such as AMF, A. Johnson and Black & Decker. Armed with 15 years of valuable sales and marketing experience, he spearheaded C&H Realty to service the growing demand of the property market.

In March 1997, C&H Properties was incorporated as a separate entity from C&H Realty with the aim of it becoming a listed housing agency with HDB. For Mr Lu, the launch of C&H Properties was a timely and logical move to enable its Associates to benefit from the use of ResaleNet.

C&H as a group has since achieved a remarkable performance of over $18.4 Billion sales with a total of over 72,000 sales/rental transactions.
